We need it. Both my husband and I are caring for our elderly I’ll parents. My Momma is 82 and has a history of falling. She just had her shoulder replaced and I brought her 3 hours from her home and my GROWN SISTERS GO IN HELP THEMSELVES TO WHATEVER THEY WANT, Without speaking to her.(we are working hard to place her home for sale) Not all of us, obviouly.My husband’s parent’s live 10 miles from us. His Mom has one leg due to a combination of that and an the negligence of a company, she lost the ability to walk. My Father-in-law just turned 92, My MIL turned 88 and my Mom will be 82. They need 24 hour care. We love them very much, but could use a break. I am 1 child of 6, but it has all fallen to me to care for her.
